POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/ADMISSIONS CRITERIA: Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapist Master’s Program Active OT licensure in current state of practice, prior to Fellowship start date Employed as a Full-time Therapist for at least 3 months by Ivy Rehab Network, prior to the program start date. Required membership in associated professional organization by the start of the residency Commitment to successfully completing all program requirements including independent study Commitment to taking the AOTA Board Certification in Pediatrics (BCP) exam at earliest eligibility Commitment to a minimum of two years of continued employment at Ivy Rehab, post-graduation from program PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS: Completion of all required didactic modules (300+ hours) Completion of all assessments, logs and forms Completion of Live Patient Examinations Satisfactory completion of all skills lists Passing of all required quizzes Satisfactory completion of required presentations Optional completion of case report abstract Completion of 100 hours of 1:1 Mentorship Complete a minimum of 1,500 patient care hours during fellowship year Attendance and participation in all scheduled fellowship education events Satisfactory achievement of all fellowship core competencies FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS: Program Tuition: $4,500 This can be paid in full
