PRN Occupational Therapist (OT)

The home health occupational therapist is responsible for providing quality rehabilitative occupational therapy to clients, including developing therapy plans and evaluating patient outcomes. They also supervise paraprofessionals and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate patient care.

A bachelor of science in occupational therapy is required, along with at least one year of experience in an acute care, home health, or rehabilitation setting. An active and unencumbered occupational therapist license in the state of employment is also required.
