Teacher of the Handicapped/Teacher of Students with Disabilities

The teacher's primary function is to plan and implement classroom instruction to promote growth in self-Expression. This includes creating learning opportunities that address iep goals and objectives and motivating children with positive reinforcement.

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of teaching experience preferred. They also need njdoe elementary education certification or subject certification and either njdoe teacher of the handicapped certification or njdoe teacher of students with disabilities certification.
