Childcare Floater/Teacher Aide

Assist the lead teacher with all classroom aspects consistent with the center's philosophy, implementing activities that encourage emotional, social, cognitive, creative, and physical development in children. Responsibilities also include accepting feedback, maintaining a clean and safe environment, establishing rapport with families, and meeting physical demands like lifting up to 40 lbs.

Qualified candidates must possess a high school diploma and successfully pass all required background checks. Previous childcare experience is considered a plus for this role.
