Direct Support Professional

This role involves assisting and monitoring clients with daily self-Care, housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication administration, while also implementing prescribed behavior programs and collecting relevant data. Responsibilities extend to participating in team meetings, transporting clients, and ensuring all required documentation and safety procedures are strictly followed.

Candidates must possess a minimum of a high school diploma or ged and be 21 years of age or older, holding a valid nc driver's license. Essential qualifications include basic computer skills, the ability to work well with others, strong communication skills, problem-Solving abilities, and the physical capacity to lift up to 40 lbs or more.
