Core responsibilities
The coach will provide in-Depth support to students facing social-Emotional and behavioral issues by implementing comprehensive support plans and effective instructions under the supervision of head start coordinators. Key duties include participating in the comprehensive services team and assisting in designing and implementing all components of the student’s individual program.
Requirements summary
Candidates typically need an associate’s degree in child development, psychology, or a related field with 12 ece credits, including infant/Toddler coursework, plus at least one year of experience working with children aged infant through five, including those with special needs. A valid california driver's license and certification in pediatric first aid and cpr are also required.
