The elementary teacher is responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing the instructional program within a catholic environment, ensuring every child is recognized as unique. Essential functions include developing lesson plans with clear objectives aligned with archdiocesan guidelines, providing engaging instruction, assessing student progress, and communicating with parents.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in education and current msde certification or the ability to achieve it. A basic understanding and acceptance of catholic school philosophy, goals, and objectives are required, along with knowledge of or willingness to learn technology integration.
