Residential Treatment Counselors (Part-time)

Counselors are responsible for providing treatment, care, and assistance to children aged 5-13 in a residential behavioral healthcare setting, actively supervising them in all daily living activities and maintaining the therapeutic structure of the unit. This includes implementing the agency's care philosophy, approved behavioral intervention systems, and individual treatment plans.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma, and depending on the specific counselor level (Rtc i or rtc ii), may require 1 year or 18 months of experience with children or special populations, and must be at least 21 years old. Driving is required for some levels, necessitating a valid license, minimum two years of driving experience, and a clean driving record.
