Child Care Assistant Teacher - Young Explorers

The teacher assistant will work alongside teachers to provide a nurturing, home-Like environment for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years, ensuring their safety and supervision. Key duties include assisting with classroom instruction, decorating spaces, maintaining a clean environment, encouraging child involvement, and communicating effectively with parents.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate strong customer service skills, along with the ability to multitask and remain organized. Applicants must also be able to work within regular operating hours and meet all state criteria required for child care employment.
