This non-Exempt position involves conducting developmentally appropriate activities for children in compliance with head start, coa, and naeyc guidelines, while also assuming all teacher responsibilities in their absence. Key duties include maintaining child safety and well-Being, assisting with lesson implementation, arranging the learning environment, and ensuring proper health and safety precautions are followed.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged, complete 45 dcf hours (Or within 90 days), and obtain a national child development associate certification (Or within 24 months). Supervised teaching experience is also required for this role.
