This non-Exempt position involves conducting developmentally appropriate activities for children in compliance with head start, coa, and naeyc guidelines, while also assuming all teacher responsibilities in their absence. Key duties include maintaining child safety and well-Being, assisting with lesson plan implementation, and ensuring a clean, sanitary learning environment.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged, complete 45 dcf hours, and work towards obtaining a national child development associate certification within 24 months of hire. Supervised teaching experience is also required for this role.
