Assistant Coach - Diving

The assistant coach will manage the day-To-Day administration of an ncaa division ii swim and dive program, focusing on student-Athlete development both academically and athletically. Essential duties include program administration, technical instruction, fundraising support, and recruiting activities, all while reporting to the head coach.

Candidates must be able to support the mission and values of csp, serve as a mentor, and adhere strictly to ncaa, nsic, and csp rules and regulations, including passing an annual ncaa recruiting exam. Required competencies include excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, organization skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-Paced team environment.
