Strength and Conditioning Specialist

The fitness coach focuses on helping members achieve their health goals by creating and conducting safe, effective exercise programs through various training formats like one-On-One, semi-Private, and group sessions. Additionally, they are responsible for providing guidance, education, developing member relationships to improve retention, and assisting with club upkeep and sales efforts.

Candidates must possess a certified personal training certificate from an accredited body such as nasm, nsca, acsm, wits, affa, ace, or issa, or hold a bachelor's degree in exercise science, kinesiology, or a related field. A passion for helping people achieve sustainable lifestyle changes and above-Average customer service skills are also expected.
