Employment Coach - Rhinelander

This role involves providing individualized coaching and training to participants with diverse abilities on job-Specific and soft skills necessary to meet employment standards. The coach must collaborate with case managers to identify participant needs and strengths, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with site policies.

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with at least one year of experience working with individuals facing barriers to employment. Candidates must possess excellent time management, communication, and customer service skills, along with a valid driver's license for travel.
