Job Development Coordinator

The job development coordinator develops and administers job placement strategies for disabled youth, adults, and at-Risk populations by establishing relationships with local businesses and community agencies. This role involves creating partnerships with employers, matching participants to job specifications, and tracking employment placement outcomes and retention.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and have previous experience in an employment staffing environment, sales, marketing, employment counseling, or job development. Proficiency with microsoft office and familiarity with georgia workforce development systems are also required or preferred.
