Bambini Montessori Academy is a high-quality, inclusive child care center serving children ages 6 weeks to 5 years old. We provide a developmentally appropriate curriculum in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
We are rapidly expanding and are seeking dedicated Lead Teachers for Infants or Toddlers who are truly passionate about teaching, nurturing, and guiding young children to reach their fullest potential.

Requirements
- For lead teacher:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (minimum)
- 45 hours Child Growth & Development
- 45 hours Preschool Curriculum (required for ages 2–5)
- 45 hours Infant–Toddler Certificate (required for ages 6 weeks–24 months)
- At least 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare facility OR 30 college credits
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of child development (social, emotional, and intellectual)
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and actively engage with children
- Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
