Anytime Fitness is looking for a passionate fitness professional to join our coaching team! This role begins as part-time with the option to grow into a full-time position for the right person. **This role specifically is for an early-morning trainer who will be responsible for running 1:1 and small group training sessions as early as 5am throughout the week.**

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality personal training sessions
• Lead engaging small-group training workouts
• Follow pre-built workout programs while adding your own flavor and knowing when & how to personalize to meet clients' needs
• Follow an assessment + sales process to determine which program is right for a client, and get them started
• Build & maintain strong member relationships
• Assist with onboarding new clients
• Maintain a clean, welcoming training environment
• Collaborate with the team to create an exceptional club experience
• Utilize computer systems to keep member accounts updated
• Participate in club social media presence

Requirements

• Current personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, or ISSA preferred), or in the process of obtaining one
