Responsibilities

The Assistant Women's Lacrosse Coach (General Associate) will report directly to the Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach. This is a part-time coaching position that will assist with numerous aspects of the Women’s Lacrosse program.

Responsibilities

  • include:
  • Planning and execution of daily practices
  • skill development sessions, game strategies designed to enhance the competitive performance of student-athletes.
  • Assist with administrative and operational tasks, including scheduling, game planning & equipment management.

The role also involves supporting the academic, personal, and athletic growth of team members in alignment with the mission and values of the Athletics Department.

The coach will represent the program at practices, competitions, and team functions throughout the spring season, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.

Required

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience working with student-athletes (high school or collegiate level)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience coaching/playing at the NCAA Division 1 level AND/OR competition experience at the collegiate level, preferably at the Division 1 level

Salary Range

Minimum: $19.23 to Maximum: $25.64 commensurate with qualifications and experience.
