Preschool Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for creating and implementing lessons that support age-Appropriate academic and values curricula within a safe and nurturing setting. This role also involves using observations and assessments to individualize learning and leading classroom management tasks.

Candidates must possess at least a high school diploma, with an aa in early childhood education or equivalent credits, and required early childhood experience. Essential qualities include flexibility, professionalism, initiative, a strong work ethic, and the physical ability to manage classroom activities and maintain constant supervision of children.
