Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The role involves working one-On-One with young children (18 months to 8 years) utilizing play-Based aba therapy techniques to follow personalized treatment plans. Responsibilities also include collecting simple data, maintaining an active pace, and ensuring the therapy space remains clean and safe.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma and must be willing to complete paid rbt certification within 20 days of hire. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 30lbs and frequently sit, stand, crouch, squat, and move quickly while engaging with children.
