Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The behavior technician will conduct one-On-One therapy sessions with children aged 2-12, following prescribed skill acquisition and behavior support plans. Responsibilities also include collecting and recording data, writing therapy notes, and communicating client progress to parents under bcba guidance.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Essential functions require the physical ability to lift clients up to 30 pounds, assume various postures for extended periods, and perform tasks like feeding, diapering, and toileting.
