Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The behavior technician will provide one-On-One applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy to children aged 2-12 with autism or developmental delays, focusing on foundational skills through natural play. Responsibilities include following prescribed plans, collecting and recording data, writing session notes, and communicating client progress to parents under bcba guidance.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks flexibly. Essential physical requirements include the ability to lift 30 pounds, assume various postures for extended periods, walk/Run to maintain proximity to clients, and perform tasks like feeding and diapering.
