Child Autism Therapist (Entry Level)

The therapist will work one-On-One with young children using play-Based aba therapy to follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple data, and facilitate learning through various activities. Responsibilities also include maintaining an active pace, ensuring a clean and safe therapy space, and communicating effectively with the team.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma and must be able to meet physical demands such as lifting up to 30 lbs and frequently moving on the floor. A commitment to completing paid rbt certification within 20 days of hire and maintaining consistent attendance is required.
