Autism Behavior Technician (RBT) BPI WeGo

Registered behavior technicians provide individualized, one-On-One therapy sessions to clients diagnosed with autism, collaborating with bcbas and managers to support goal achievement in various settings. The primary focus is empowering clients to develop crucial life skills, enhance communication, learn socially significant behaviors, and manage challenging behaviors.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, and maintain consistent attendance, passing required background checks including criminal, sex offender, abuse/Neglect, and mvr checks. The role is physically demanding, requiring agility, strength (Lifting up to 50 lbs), and the ability to assist clients with physical needs.
