Child Autism Therapist (Entry level)

The role involves working one-On-One with young children using play-Based aba therapy, following personalized treatment plans, collecting simple data, and engaging kids through various activities. Therapists must stay active during sessions, maintain a clean and safe therapy space, and collaborate with their team.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma and must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 30lbs and frequently getting on and off the floor while maintaining an active pace. A commitment to completing paid rbt certification within 20 days of hire is mandatory.
