Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The role involves working one-On-One with children aged 18 months to 8 years, providing play-Based aba therapy while following personalized treatment plans and collecting simple data. Responsibilities also include staying active during sessions, maintaining a clean therapy space, and being part of a supportive, mission-Driven team.

Candidates must possess an active registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification and have already passed the rbt exam, in addition to being at least 18 years old with a high school diploma. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 30lbs and frequently move quickly on the floor while maintaining consistent attendance.
