Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The role involves working one-On-One with children aged 18 months to 8 years old, delivering play-Based aba therapy while following personalized treatment plans and collecting simple data. Responsibilities also include keeping therapy spaces clean, organized, and safe, and staying active to maintain engagement during sessions.

Applicants must possess an active registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification and have already passed the rbt exam, in addition to being at least 18 years old with a high school diploma. Candidates must be physically capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and frequently sitting, standing, crouching, squatting, and moving quickly on the floor with young children.
