Special Education Case Manager

The case manager is responsible for managing each student's individualized education program (Iep) by collaborating with the iep team, administering evaluations, and monitoring student progress to ensure service effectiveness. Essential functions include communicating with team members, tracking due process timelines, organizing data collection, and facilitating iep team meetings.

Candidates must possess a valid minnesota teaching license in special education and the ability to operate necessary computer software. Preferred qualifications include licensure or certification in dcd or asd, aba or behavioral experience, and experience working with students on the autism spectrum.
