Core responsibilities
The role involves working one-On-One with children aged 18 months to 8 years, providing play-Based aba therapy while following personalized treatment plans and collecting simple data. Responsibilities also include staying active during sessions, maintaining a clean therapy space, and collaborating with the team to help children learn through various activities.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess an active registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification and must have already passed the rbt exam, in addition to being at least 18 years old with a high school diploma. Applicants must be physically capable of lifting up to 30lbs and frequently moving quickly on the floor while maintaining a consistent, active pace throughout the day.
