Child Autism Therapist (Entry level)

The role involves working one-On-One with young children (18 months to 8 years) using play-Based aba therapy to follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple data, and engage kids through movement, reading, and hands-On activities. Therapists must maintain an active pace throughout sessions, keep the therapy space clean and safe, and communicate effectively with the team.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma, with willingness to complete paid rbt certification within 20 days of hire. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 30lbs and frequently sit, stand, crouch, squat, and move quickly while engaging with young children.
