Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The role involves working one-On-One with young children (18 months to 8 years) providing play-Based aba therapy according to personalized treatment plans. Responsibilities include collecting simple data, engaging actively with children through play and movement, and maintaining a clean therapy space.

Candidates must possess an active registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification and have already passed the rbt exam, in addition to being at least 18 years old with a high school diploma. The position requires the physical ability to lift up to 30lbs and frequently move quickly on the floor with young children.
