Direct Care Worker (ISS)

This role involves making a difference in the lives of people with intellectual disabilities by enhancing their quality of life and assisting with life and socialization skills through leisure and recreational activities. Responsibilities include assisting with client groups, one-On-One care if needed, personal hygiene, recreation, crafting exercises, and supporting the achievement of employment goals.

Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with previous experience as a caregiver, home health aide, or co-Teacher being preferred. The ability to adhere to safety guidelines, lift heavy objects, and demonstrate compassion, respect, and ethics is required, with satori training offered on-Site.
