Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The role involves working one-On-One with young children using play-Based aba therapy, following personalized treatment plans, and collecting simple data. Responsibilities also include staying active during sessions, maintaining a clean therapy space, and collaborating with the team.

Applicants must possess an active registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification and have already passed the rbt exam, in addition to being at least 18 years old with a high school diploma. Candidates must be physically capable of lifting up to 30lbs and maintaining an active pace while frequently getting on and off the floor.
