Direct Support Professional (Entry-Level)

The role involves working one-On-One with young children using play-Based aba therapy, following personalized treatment plans, collecting simple data, and engaging children through play, movement, and hands-On activities. Responsibilities also include maintaining a clean and safe therapy space while staying active throughout sessions.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma and must be willing to complete paid registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification within 20 days of hire. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 30lbs and frequently sit, stand, crouch, squat, and move quickly on the floor.
