Direct Support Professional (Bachelor's Degree Required)

The role involves working one-On-One with young children using play-Based aba therapy to follow personalized treatment plans, collect simple data, and help kids learn skills through various activities. Responsibilities also include staying active during sessions, maintaining a clean and safe therapy space, and communicating effectively with the team.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a bachelor's degree, with willingness to complete paid rbt certification within 20 days of hire. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 30lbs and frequently move quickly, sit, stand, crouch, and get on and off the floor.
