Graduate Assistant: Esports

The graduate assistant for varsity esports will manage esports students during competitive seasons, including recruiting prospective students, executing practice sessions in the arena, and maintaining arena rules. They will also manage competitive schedules and support players in achieving academic success.

A bachelor's degree is required, with a master's preferred, and acceptance into a desales university graduate program is mandatory. Candidates must be available on-Site for at least 20 hours per week, often during evenings, and possess experience in coaching or team management, preferably within esports titles like league of legends, valorant, or overwatch.
