Child Behavior Therapist (Entry-Level)

The role involves working one-On-One with young children (18 months to 8 years) utilizing play-Based applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy to follow personalized treatment plans and facilitate learning through various activities. Responsibilities also include maintaining an active pace, collecting simple data, and ensuring the therapy space remains clean and safe.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma and must be able to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting up to 30 lbs and frequently getting on and off the floor while maintaining an active pace. A commitment to completing paid registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification within 20 days of hire is mandatory.
