Infant Lead Teacher

The lead infant teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing age-Appropriate curriculum following the montessori pedagogy and planning engaging activities to foster cognitive, social, and emotional development in children. This role also involves assessing and documenting student progress while ensuring the safety and well-Being of all children at all times.

Candidates must possess a cda or aa degree and 1-3 years of relevant experience, with a strong preference for experience in a montessori teaching environment. Essential qualities include strong communication skills for interacting with parents and staff, along with being patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about early childhood education.
