Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The role involves working one-On-One with children aged 18 months to 8 years old, utilizing play-Based aba therapy techniques to help them learn. Responsibilities also include following personalized treatment plans, collecting simple data, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe therapy space.

Applicants must possess an active registered behavior technician (Rbt) certification and have already passed the rbt exam, in addition to being at least 18 years old with a high school diploma. Candidates must be physically capable of maintaining an active pace, frequently getting on the floor, and lifting up to 30 lbs.
