Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

The bcba will deliver and oversee high-Quality aba services across clinic, home, and community settings, which includes conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans. Key duties also involve supervising registered behavior technicians (Rbts), mentoring staff, and ensuring compliance with bacb standards.

Candidates must hold active bcba and lba certifications and be eligible for bacb supervisor status, along with maintaining credentialing with insurance providers. A valid driver's license, current cpr/Bls certification, and strong communication skills are also required.
