Direct Support Professional (Bachelor's Degree Required)

The role involves working one-On-One with young children using play-Based aba therapy, following personalized treatment plans, collecting simple data, and engaging kids through various activities. Responsibilities also include maintaining a clean, safe therapy space and being an active, supportive team member.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a bachelor's degree, which is required for the position. Applicants must also be able to meet physical demands such as lifting up to 30lbs and frequently moving quickly on the floor, along with a commitment to completing paid rbt certification within 20 days of hire.
