You’re a Great Fit If You… Have a genuine passion for early childhood education Are reliable, engaging, patient, and thrive in a dynamic classroom Love building relationships with children, families, and your team Are flexible and ready to adapt to the needs of your students and school What You Bring… CDA, ECE certificate, associate’s or bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field (or equivalent coursework) Minimum 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare facility or active enrollment in an accredited program may be considered with experience. Ability to meet VA licensing standards and pass a background check Willingness to work flexible hours based on program needs Ability to cultivate a safe and stimulating classroom environment Compensation… The hourly rate for this position is between $15.00 - $18.00 per hour. The pay range listed is what we in good faith anticipate offering for this job position. Actual compensation within this range will be determined by several factors, including a candidate’s experience, education and training, certifications, geographic location and other relevant organization and business factors.
