St. Matthew School: 1:1 Classroom Aide

The primary role involves providing one-On-One instructional assistance to a high-Functioning student, supporting their academic and social needs throughout the school day. This includes reinforcing strategies set by specialists, assisting with classroom organization, and encouraging technology use.

Candidates must possess a valid ohio educational aide permit or be eligible to obtain one, along with satisfactory fbi and bci background checks, and must complete virtus training. Experience in small group or inclusion settings is preferred, as is the ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
