Volunteer

Individuals will volunteer or donate their services, generally on a part-Time basis without minimum time requirements. Volunteers function as unpaid independent volunteers and are not considered employees of florida southwestern state college.

The ideal candidate must possess great communication and listening skills, the ability to work with a flexible schedule, and effectiveness in collaborating with diverse populations. Volunteers are explicitly not employees and receive no compensation.
