Core responsibilities

The student success advisor ii provides support and advising to school of allied health students, making referrals to college resources to promote student success and aid decision-Making regarding development, retention, and completion. This role is also responsible for managing all program data, assessment, and state/National reporting data through the college’s data management systems.

Requirements summary

Candidates must possess a master’s degree, preferably in counseling, education, or a related field, along with at least one year of full-Time professional related work experience. Demonstrated experience in qualitative and quantitative data analysis, understanding of accreditation rules, and proficiency with ms office are also required.
