Summer Internship - Learning & Development Team

The intern will audit current training workflows to find automation opportunities, utilizing ai tools for accelerating course design, microlearning development, and content updates. Responsibilities also include building intelligent knowledge repositories and automating training communications.

Candidates should have an interest in organizational development, education, hr, business, or technology, along with familiarity with ai tools and content-Generation platforms. A systems thinking approach and strong presentation skills are also required.
