Residential Counselor

The residential counselor will work with a dynamic team to ensure the safety and well-Being of emotionally disturbed adolescent males in a secure, clinically intensive residential treatment program. Responsibilities include developing student skills through enriching daily activities, role modeling coping strategies, and supporting life skills development.

Applicants must be at least 21 years old and possess a high school diploma, with a bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Candidates should have experience in residential or mental health programs, be able to work independently, maintain a valid driver's license for resident transport, and be available for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
