Overnight Residential Counselor

The overnight residential counselor will support students in developing life skills such as cooking and banking, while role modeling effective coping strategies to create a safe and therapeutic community. This role involves working with adolescents in a residential treatment setting to foster a sense of self and provide skills for future success.

Applicants must be at least 21 years old, able to remain awake throughout the overnight shift, and possess a valid driver's license as student transportation is required. Candidates must also be available for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts, and be willing to learn physical interventions and verbal de-Escalation techniques.
