Behavior Technician / RBT - Center Based

Behavior technicians work directly with children affected by autism and their families in natural environments like homes, schools, and centers to teach essential skills such as communication, sharing, playing, and waiting. The role involves making sessions fun by utilizing play-Based activities while providing instruction to children affected by autism.

Candidates must possess a minimum of a high school diploma, although college coursework is a plus, along with a genuine passion for working with children and an interest in learning. A valid driver's license, personal vehicle, a web-Enabled device, and availability on at least three weekdays are also mandatory requirements.
