RN Faculty (12 month)

The role primarily involves teaching and direct instructional activities (70% of time), including preparing course materials, providing academic instruction, and ensuring fair and timely student performance evaluation. The remaining time is dedicated to institutional service, student leadership, and professional development activities.

The minimum educational qualification for teaching is a master’s degree in the discipline or a master’s degree with 18 graduate hours in the discipline, or an equivalent determined by the college. Technical faculty in non-Transferable programs require an associate's degree and demonstrated competencies, with a path to attain an associate's degree if not already held.
